"Experiencing challenges I didn't have before"

What do you like best about Coefficient?

It's easy to set up/launch the connection, but I find that a lot of my programmed refreshes aren't actually happening at the cadence I set. ex: I'll visit a file that should be refressehed daily, and it's multiple days old since the last refresh, and when I hit refresh, it hangs awhile, and sometimes errors out. I've set up a lot of coefficients lately, but some of them have just...tired-out or something. I also have noticed that we get emails from you guys saying that we need to re-do or refresh all our coefficients because of an update on your side or something. Don't want to sound like a brat, but I don't want to have to do that. I used to love how it was a "set it and forget it" product for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I don't know if it's a Google setting or Coefficients setting, but at times when I need a SF report to push to Gsheets, there are too many rows I think (it can't go higher than 50-60K it seems) which isn't helpful for me, because we have a lot of data.

What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient’s scheduled refreshes are the standout feature for me. Once a connection is set up, the data reliably stays current without manual intervention, and I trust it to alert me if something needs attention. It’s surprisingly accessible while still being appropriately powerful.

I primarily use Coefficient with Google Sheets, and that’s where it really shines. While HubSpot is excellent for native reporting, there are many situations where Sheets or Excel are simply better. Especially when you need to perform derivative calculations, layered logic, or custom analysis. Coefficient makes it effortless to bridge that gap, and without fragile exports or workarounds. What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Pricing is noticeable but reasonable for the value it provides, and it’s easy to justify internally given the time and risk it saves.

I also appreciate how transparent the tool is. If a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I know immediately. I don’t spend time worrying about whether the integration is silently broken, which is a big deal for operational reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Coefficient, this work required frequent manual exports and imports. That added unnecessary steps, introduced risk, and slowed down analysis. Coefficient eliminates that friction entirely.

I use it to proactively monitor data quality and “look for” specific conditions such as incorrect license term dates, misaligned pipelines or stages, and other data-entry errors. Catching those issues early saves time, prevents downstream reporting problems, and ultimately reduces operational and revenue risk. Although these steps can be performed natively in our CRM (HubSpot), I find that I'm often needing derivative calculations and checks that are easier and faster to perform in Google Sheets with the Coefficient integration.

I also rely on Coefficient to track key metrics like ARR, NRR, churn, and related performance indicators in Sheets, where I can iterate quickly and test assumptions. It’s become an essential part of how I validate data integrity and support decision-making across Renewals, Expansion, and Revenue Operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Management and Timely Notifications"

What do you like best about Coefficient?

The platform makes it simple to upload files from various sources. I appreciate how easy it is to locate a file by its name and set up a regular update schedule, whether that's daily or weekly. The notifications about coefficient updates and failures are also helpful, as they let users quickly see which files need attention and when each file was last updated. What do you dislike about Coefficient?

It would be beneficial to have more options for update frequency, such as the ability to schedule monthly updates. The current requirement to reconnect with major platforms like Netsuite every seven days makes automation challenging, as it requires frequent maintenance. Additionally, I would appreciate it if importing Netsuite reports were more straightforward and user-friendly, since at the moment, only Netsuite Saved Searches can be pulled in. For NetSuite, we do have several other import options, including the ability to import by a URL (whether from a report, saved search, dataset, etc.) with our NetSuite Agent. It's only been available for a couple of months, but you can connect to it by clicking on Import From and searching for NetSuite Agent.

Additionally, our traditional NetSuite connector allows you to pull from saved searches, datasets, reports, via SuiteQL query, or from Records and Lists. I'm positive with all of these options, you will land on something that works a best for your workflow!

What problems is Coefficient solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coefficient has been a solid addition to our reporting stack. We use it to pull HubSpot data into Google Sheets so we can build views and data slices that HubSpot does not support natively. It gives us more flexibility to manipulate data, combine datasets, and structure reports the way our team needs. The snapshot data makes pipeline, forecasting, and deal slippage reporting much easier.

It has been especially useful for creating custom analyses and executive summaries that would be difficult/impossible to replicate inside HubSpot alone. If you are comfortable working in Sheets and need more control over how your HubSpot data is modeled and presented, Coefficient is a great option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Reporting Made Effortless and Stress-Free"

What do you like best about Coefficient?

Seamless has truly changed the way I handle recurring reports. I no longer need to export Salesforce reports and then spend time pasting them elsewhere or stressing over column formatting. This improvement has made a significant difference for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a limitation on the number of rows—if my base report contains too many rows, even when I apply filters using coefficient, it still doesn't process the entire dataset. What's more, it doesn't notify me that some data is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I value most are the ongoing dashboards and reports I create for management and external stakeholders. The ability to control precisely what my stakeholders see, and to refresh these reports regularly with minimal effort, is truly impressive. Previously, we spent a significant amount of time exporting reports and copying them into old templates. The roll-forward process was always tedious and stressful, as we had to ensure everything was done correctly before starting any analysis. Very intuitive and much easier if you have used Data Loader of Google Sheets Connector with Salesforce.
